We currently ship our bonsai training pots across Australia and to selected international destinations

Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from our Australian warehouse. During peak periods or new product releases, dispatch times may be slightly extended — we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Within Australia

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and total weight.

Our bonsai training pots are larger, durable products, which means shipping costs can be higher than those of smaller retail items. We work closely with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely, securely, and in the best possible condition.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are also calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processing. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist you promptly.
